At Constellations, your health and happiness are our top priorities. We provide a clean, comfortable environment filled with plants, natural light, and pleasant music. We are happy to fulfill any additional requests you may have.
WHAT VARIETY OF TERMS DO YOU OFFER?
Offices and Studies are rented on a 2-year minimum term. All office memberships include a mailbox.
Coworking is month-to-month with 30-days right to terminate given with notice by the 1st of each month.
Mailboxes are month-to-month with 30-days right to terminate given with notice by the 1st of each month.
Mailboxes are $25/month for coworking members and are included for offices and studies.
IS FURNITURE PROVIDED?
Private Offices & Studies include desks and chairs. Or, if you'd prefer, bring your own furnishings and design the way you like, it is your office after all!
IS INTERNET INCLUDED? WHAT ABOUT PHONES?
Of course, Wi-Fi is free and fast. And, we can also help coordinate landline phone systems and private server space if you so desire.
HOW DO I RESERVE MEETING ROOMS?
Meeting rooms for tenants & coworkers are scheduled through our Constellations "GET A ROOM" app, and are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. For non-tenants, meetings & events information may be accessed by visiting our Meetings & Events page.
Offices - Meeting and Studio space is included during normal business hours
Coworking - 3/hrs of meeting space and / or studio space per month
PRINTING/COPYING/SCANNING?
In our Work-Center you'll find a multi-function copier/scanner/printer for your use as a member.
IS THERE A COST TO RESERVE AN OFFICE?
There is no charge to join the Waitlist. When space does become available and terms are met, a deposit equal to 1 and 1/2 months rent is needed to reserve your Private Office, Study, or Field Office. Coworking deposit is 1 month’s rent.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
We have a great controlled access system, making access 24/7 easy for all tenants. Our Community Coordinator is here to help you 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
CAN I HAVE GUESTS VISIT?
You know it! We do ask that your guests respect our members and space.
WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
While we love animals, we also care about our friends and members who may have allergies. Pets are not allowed inside the building, but photos of them are encouraged!
I’M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
For Offices and Dedicated Desks you may pay by ACH (auto withdrawal), credit card or wire transfer. For all other Membership you may pay by credit card.
